Why Photograph the Carneddau Ponies?
These semi-feral ponies are part of Welsh cultural heritage. Living high in the mountains year-round, they are shaped by the rugged landscape – thick-coated in winter, sleek in summer, and always a picture of resilience. Photographing them is not just about capturing beauty, but about telling the story of a breed that’s as wild as the land itself.
