By signing up for this session you will work directly with one of the leading names in wildlife photography. With over a decade of professional experience, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to help you refine your craft, develop your artistic vision, and carve your own path in this competitive field. All coaching will strictly be on a 1-2-1 basis.

Kevin believes that great coaching extends beyond the workshop itself. Following your session, you’ll receive a tailored action plan to help you move forward with clarity and purpose. For up to three months after the workshop, you are welcome to submit 10 images for a follow-up consultation via email—ensuring your progress is on track.
The process is simple: complete a short pre-session form, share a small selection of your RAW files, and take part in a tailored 90-minute one-to-one Zoom session. You’ll also receive a private recording for future reference, along with the option of a follow-up review session to support your continued progress.

To begin, you’ll be invited to complete a short pre-session questionnaire, designed to give a clear understanding of your current workflow, editing style, and areas for development. This ensures the session is fully tailored to your individual goals.
You’ll also submit a curated selection of RAW files (typically 5–10 images) that best represent your work and the direction you’d like to take it.

Your session takes place as a bespoke one-to-one Zoom consultation (up to 90 minutes, arranged at your convenience), designed to refine and elevate your Lightroom workflow. Working through your pre-submitted RAW files, we’ll focus on developing a consistent, efficient editing approach, while unlocking the full potential within your images.
The session is tailored entirely to you, with practical insights and techniques you can immediately apply to your work.

All consultations are conducted in complete confidence. You’ll receive a private recording of your session, providing a valuable resource to revisit and reinforce your workflow over time.
The programme is fully inclusive of all camera systems and brands. In addition, you may submit up to 10 further images within three months for a follow-up email consultation, ensuring continued support as your workflow evolves.

APPLYING & GETTING STARTED
To get the most out of your session, you’ll begin by completing a short pre-session questionnaire. This helps me understand your current workflow, editing style, and the specific challenges you're facing.
You’ll also be asked to share a small selection of RAW files (typically 5–10 images) ahead of the session. These should reflect the kind of work you regularly produce and would like to improve. Files should be submitted no later than five days before your scheduled session to allow time for review.
Your one-to-one Zoom session (up to 90 minutes, arranged at a time that suits you) will focus on refining and streamlining your Lightroom workflow. Together, we’ll work through your images in real time — covering key areas such as file organisation, editing techniques, consistency in processing, and developing a workflow that feels both efficient and repeatable.
All sessions are held in strict confidence, and a private recording will be provided for your future reference. You’ll leave with a clearer, more structured approach to your editing, along with practical steps you can immediately apply to your own work.
